On March 21st, 2015, Saturday. Turkish Cultural Center of Pennsylvania hosted the first cooking class of 2015. It was a warm environment with great friends.
We cooked, learned and discussed Turkish cuisine together. We made infamous red lentil balls, a great cold appetizer. During the class the instructor showed the students one by one steps how to make perfect, filling and delicious red lentil balls. We shared the recipes, famous Turkish tea and laughter together.
